Jekayla ships from 2 different locations in order to efficiently deliver your order in a prompt manner. United States warehouse only ship to US address, and UK warehouse could ship to all over the Europe. You will be offered alternate shipping options when you proceed checking out.

Who is the shipping carrier?

We use USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS for our primary carrier, USPS is only for free shipping which under weight 2KG. 

 

 

I didn’t receive my package but tracking states it was delivered?

Contact us directly by email (service@jekayla.com) and we will investigate and find an appropriate resolution. 

 

My order was damaged in delivery.

Contact us directly by email (service@jekayla.com) and provide photos of the damage to your product. We will issue a return authorization for the damaged product and ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.
